About Me

Hello, & welcome to Valinspirationyoga by Valencia. Yoga has been one of my passion for over 11 years. I am Certified  500hrs Yoga Teacher, internationally accredited.  Finding yoga has helped me connect with my physical & mental health in profound ways. It has led to my overall wellness & ongoing compassion for myself & others. My goal is to share in this experience to help you connect with your inner self for personal inspiration & wellness. Finding a path for the mind to over come negative mental blockage can ultimately bring happiness & calm into our life. Yoga is here to help the body and mind connect. 

 

I hope to connect with you through virtual guided yoga practice. I incorporate yoga styles in movement, breath & meditation. I enjoy a personal practice to include, ambiance lighting, sound bowl for deeper relaxation, meditation & candles as this brings me deeper into my practice. I also embrace pole fitness which additionally activate my internal chakras (energy systems within the body). I  hope to help you find your own unique form of yoga practice for wellness. Balance

Balance & Flow helps you to be present, focus on your body & mental stability. Leave the troubles of the world behind and become induced in yourself just for a little while. Get lost in time as the body demands the mind to be at a level of focus & dedication for this practice

Inversion 

Find stability 

Inversion is suitable for persons at any level practice as it does not demand getting into a headstand. Inversions are helpful for promoting blood flow to allow clearance & detoxification of the body. It is a great way to boost mood, gain alignment & stability of the musculoskeletal system.

Sweat & Let Go

Step into Class

Sweat & Let Go pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on cardio and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. Let’s meet on the mat for some power yoga.

Flexibility

Flex and release

Let’s flex a while. So much of our day to day activities involve our legs. We must be thankful for them. In this flexibility flow, you will be introduced to a sequence to promote toning & bringing better flexibility to the legs while engaging the entire body during this flow sequence. Ready. Set. Lunge!

Creative 

Relax and Renew

Life is about what you create. In this creative flow you will be introduced to a multi sequence flow to tone & incorporate the body. I create a unique style of sequence to help the mind & body engage and connect, allowing for a flow tailored to bring peace & gratitude to the body. By the end of this practice your body will appreciate your effort to de-stress so you can find gratitude in all of your efforts  during this practice.
